Not far from St Chinian there is the little village in the middle of the vineyards called Villespassens. Villa Les Safranières stands in its own ground of at least 1500m².
The villa has a private swimming pool 8 x 4 meter with underwater lighting and built-in Roman stairway. The villa is completely comfortly furnished and consists of a spacious living-room with a dining-kitchen, three two-person bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet.

Inside:
There is a dining-room in the spacious living-room (6 x 6m), has satellite TV, three sofas and two coffee tables, the dining room doors open to the terraces. The house is also suitable for winter rentals, there’s a fire place and is insulated and centrally heated in all rooms.
The kitchen is completely fitted with a fridge ceramic hob, coffee-machine, dishwasher and micro-wave. There is a washing-machine and an iron too.
There are three two-person bedrooms, one has a double-bed, in both other bedrooms there are two one-person beds. The bathroom has a bath, a wash-basin and a separate toilet.

Outside:
There are enough garden-chairs and tables on the terraces.
Beside the house you will find the swimming pool (8m x 4m) and around the swimming pool there are deck-chairs. At the swimming-pool there is an illuminated terrace. There is a barbeque available.
