This beautiful villa Le Jardins des Olives was built in 2008/2009 on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Caunes-Minervois. This spacious eight persons detached villa with private pool and Jacuzzi stands in its own grounds of at least 1253m².  From the terrace you have a phenomenal view of the village, the vineyards of the Minervois and the Pyrenees. The town with the medieval abbey is located within walking distance. Beautiful sites to visit are Carcassonne, Narbonne and the Canal du Midi. From Caunes-Minervois, you can drive directly to the gorges of the Montagne Noire, where some caves are on display. You can walk beautiful walks, less than 100 meter from the villa there are several tours in the beautiful nature expelled.

Interior:
Through the entrance you will enter the hall and from there you can go into the open kitchen, pantry and living room with double doors to the (partly covered) terraces. The terraces outside the kitchen are covered, outside the living room there’s a sunny terrace. In the hall there are a separate toilet and two bedrooms each with private bathroom one with a a shower and a washbasin and the other with a shower, toilet and a washbasin.
In the living room you will find a TV (flat screen with satellite) with DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven.  Wireless internet is provided.

The staircase leads down to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a double washbasin. Separate toilet. The two bedrooms have French doors that open onto the covered terrace where the summer kitchen, pool and Jacuzzi are placed. All beds are 2.10m long, there are all single duvets.

Outside:
The private pool is approximately 9 x 4m with walk-in stairs, underwater lighting and has a sofa in the water. At the pool the terraces are provided with sufficient sun loungers to sunbathe. The Jacuzzi can also be found in the garden. Should the water in the pool be too cold for you, you can luxuriate in the Jacuzzi’s warm, bubbling water. You of course have the advantage of being able to use it all year round, thus also at Christmas or Easter. Imagine a delightful evening, staring at the stars from the Jacuzzi (glass of wine in your hand). The garden is bordered by ancient olive trees. There an externally staircase to the pool and also a path to the house.
