The hamlet Camplong is situated within the wineyards. The brand-new luxurious furnished villa ‘t Brandpunt is situated at the fringe of this picturesque hamlet, on a plot of round about 2500m². From the terrace, which lies to the south, there is a magnificent view over the Aude-valley, the Corbieres and the Pyrenees in the far. From the north-side of the villa you can directly go walking or mountain-biking in the nature reserve “du Haut-Languedoc”.
The whole surrounding garden is planned with mediterran plants.
There is a private swimming-pool (9m x 4,5m), which will have a jet-stream and an under-water-lightning. There are deck-chairs, cushions and an ouside shower too.
There is a boule-court and for children there is a playground with swing.

Drawing-room/Dining-room (56m²) has got doors to the large covered terrace. The drawing-room is furnished elegantly with a bench, arm-chairs, dining-room-table, cupboards, a radio/CD-gadget and a TV with satellite-channels. The room has got a pretty fire-place.
The open kitchen has got all modern gadgets as micro-wave, stove with ceramic-hob, dishwasher, fridge, Senseo. There is another kitchen (utility-room) with a fridge/frezzer, a washing-machine, ironing-board etc.. From the dining-room you can directly go to the master-bedroom with a two-persons’-roundbed (160cm x 200cm). En suite there is a bathroom with bath-tub, shower, toilet and wash-basin.
In the hall there is a second bathroom with a shower, double-wash-basin, toilet and an urinate-toilet. From the hall you come into a second bedroom with two one-person’s-beds (80 cm x 200cm). From the second bedroom you can go to a large terrace. Via a stair you come to two more spacious bedrooms. The third bedroom has got a two-persons’-bed (160cm x 200cm), the fourth bedroom has got two one-person’s-beds (80cm x 200cm). A baby's cot and baby chair are available.
All rooms will have an electrician central-heating and a very good insulating. Therefore it is pretty to live there in winter.

The terrace will have a large wooden table with 6 chairs and a bench. There will be an outside-heating at the wall.
There will be a summer-kitchen with a sideboard with a barbecue. There is a separate outside dining-room with 6 chairs under a large covered pergolen. Near the swimmingpool there is a solid canopy top where you can sit in the shade.
