This very spacious and comfortable house with private swimming pool is the former village school which was built in 1914 on the edge of the little village Saint-Julien-de-Molières. It has lovely views over the Cesse-valley and a lot of privacy. From the house there are many walking and biking possibilities in Parc de Haut-Languedoc.
This spacious eight persons house with two levels is very suitable for two families.

Inside:
On the ground level is the entrance with corridor and stairs to the first level. A modern well equipped kitchen (old classroom) with TV, air-conditioning, large dining table and large fire place. In the large (48m²) well furnished, tastefully decorated living room (former playing ground) you will also find a TV and air conditioning. This room gives access to the old schoolyard (200m²). The room with folding doors overlooking the garden with access to the terrace and swimming pool can be reached from the kitchen as well as from the living room. Here are a separate toilet, bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm), bathroom with bath, shower, and washbasin. 
On the first floor (the former headmaster room) are two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200cm and the other with two single beds of 70x190cm. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and dryer.
Via a room with seats and TV you have access to the studio with private entrance.

This studio of 50m² has air-conditioning and two beds of 80x200cm, a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, a small kitchen with microwave, oven and refridgerator, dining table, balcony of 7m² from which you can go to the terrace at the back of the house by the outside staircase, and is an option to hire if your are with more than six persons. (€ 150,00 per week). There is also a baby chair available.

Outside:
At the front of the house there still is the old schoolyard (200m²), very private and a large conservatory (20m²). The terrace at the back of the house is 75m² and there are a large lawn and the pool (2.80x4m). Ample parking. Garden furniture.
