A brand-new luxurious villa with a private swimming-pool and a Jacuzzi (Spa) in the fringe of Félines-Minervois on a plot of round about 2800m², also suitible for families with (little) children. La Capitelle was finished in February 2006. From 1st May 2006 you can enjoy this luxurious villa. It has got a magnificent view over the village, the wineyards, the spruces and the mountains in the far.

Outside:
The swimming-pool (9m x 5m) will get a separate terrace with 6 deck-chairs. The hedge round the swimming-pool and the playground (toys, swing, glide-track and sandpit) make this villa great and suitable for (little) children. Near the kitchen there is a sun-terrace, suitable for a large table with 6 chairs. The terrace has got a stone barbecue, too. The covered terrace has got his own place for sitting.

Inside:
The spacious living-room has got doors, which open to the covered terrace. The living-room is furnished elegantly with new furniture. There will be TV with channels from the Netherlands, a stereo-gadget, a DVD-Player, books and many games and toys. There is also internet available.

The open kitchen is completely fitted for 6 persons with ceramic-hob, stove, microwave, Senseo, coffee-machine, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. You can go to the sun-terrace from the spacious kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of them with doors to the terrace and an own bathroom with a spacious shower with a sit, wash-basin and toilet. The second bathroom has got a shower a bath-tub and a wash-basin.
Beds:
Two beds (90cm x 200cm) and two beds (160cm x 200cm), all with “one-person’s-duvets”.
There are enough wardrobes in all bedrooms.
All rooms will have electrician central-heating, double windows and a good insulating. That is why all cottages will be cold in summer and warm in winter. In the bedrooms there are ceiling-ventilators for the cooling.
The house has got a separate toilette in the hall and there are a washing-machine, tumble-dryer and other gadgets for house-keeping, like an iron, a vacuum-cleaner etc..
There are a baby’s-cot and a baby chair, too.

Pets are allowed, but you have to talk to Kuypers Verhuur first. It is possible to do small daily shoppingxs in the village. There is a grocer, where you can buy bread in the morning, a café, a wine-cellar, a tennis-court, where you can play for nothing, and a filling station.
