La Cerisette is situated on the outskirts of the village of Félines Minervois with views over the vineyards of Félines. On the left of the villa stands the ‘Cave Co-operative’. The villa stands in its own grounds of at least 1600m² and has a privat swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is a large terrace of 250m² of which 30m² is covered around the hous and swimming pool.
Inside: Spacious living/dining room (+60m²) with table and chairs, sofa and armchairs around a coffee table; colour HD flatscreen-TV, DVD-player and stereo unit with CD-player. The modern open kitchen is completely fitted with ceramic hob, stainless steel extractor hood, microwave/grill combi oven, a large American fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, Senseo coffeemachine and a filter coffeemachine.
There is a separate area with five bedrooms, of which four with an en suite bathroom. One badroom with bath, toilet and washbasin, the other three badrooms with shower and washbasin. One of them has also a toilet. The fifth bedroom on the first floor (mezzanine) has bunk beds 90x200cm. In one of the bedrooms is an extra sofa for two persons. The other beds are: 2 doubles 160x200cm and 4 singles 90x200cm. Single duvets throughout. There are two separate toilets. Utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron etc. For children there are: baby chair, baby cot, baby bath en child box.

Outside: The swimming pool mesures 5x10 meters and has a Roman stairway, underwater lighting and a jet-stream. Plenty of sunloungers with cushions, also a large garden dining table and chairs for 10 persons. One stone barbecue.
Children playground with swing, horizontal bar with rings, playing house and sand box. There is also a trampoline. Two bicycles and walking cars. A football field is 100 meters away.
You can relax in the jacuzzi.
Suitability: ten persons, maximum 12 persons. Pets are not allowed.
