In the winter months the ski resorts are easily reachable by car.

The villa stands on its own spacious grounds of 3000m². The swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters has a Roman stairway and ambient underwater lighting which is seen at its best in the evening. The Jacuzzi is situated in the garden. Should the water in the pool be too cold for you, you can luxuriate in the Jacuzzi’s warm, bubbling water. You, of course, have the advantage of being able to use it all year round, thus also at Christmas or Easter. Imagine a delightful evening, gazing at the stars from the Jacuzzi (glass of wine in your hand).

Open plan kitchen, fully appointed for 6 persons with ceramic hob, microwave grill combi oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The French doors in the kitchen open onto a terrace where a table and chairs are situated for dining outside.
There is a separate utility area for the washing machine and other household articles.

In the village you can find shops for daily shopping; there is a post office and a petrol station. Further afield are the larger towns of Olonzac, Lézignan and Narbonne. There is a Tennis court close at hand and a Golf course in Carcassonne (±20km).
