A beautiful modern villa set in attractive gardens with superb views across vineyards to the distant mountains. Montbrun is a medieval bastide (walled town) set on a hill and crowned by a lovely medieval church with unique double bell tower. Parts of the original ramparts and gate still stand adding charm and authenticity to the village which commands fabulous views across the vine-clad valley. It has a grocery store, tabac, cafe bar, post office and tennis court, and there is an excellent restaurant in Escale 3kms away.

The villa is furnished and finished to a very high standard all built at ground floor level.
A large, attractive conservatory acts as lounge and dining room and the kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine.
There are two double bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, bath, seperate shower and wc. The third bedroom can be used as a family room as it has a double bed (two single beds) as well as a bunk bed. There is a second bathroom with shower, basin and wc and another wc off the hall.

The fabulous swimming pool can be opened up completely or covered over so that swimming is possible even on cool days. The pool has a large area with comfy seating and a dining table and chairs which suits both those who want to spend all day in the pool as well as those who prefer to lounge pool side either in the sun or shade.
The extremely luxurious pool house which leads on from this open plan area is better furnished than many local homes with shower, wc, bath, kitchenette with dishwasher and a TV.
