This is a fantastic villa in Roquecourbe-Minervois with a private swimming pool and a jacuzzi, where you can enjoy a magnificent view over the vineyards. The villa is situated on a area of 1200m² with a swimming pool of 5x 11m, a spacious covered terrace at the back of the cottage and an outside kitchen with some comfortable little terraces. There you can enjoy the sun or enjoy the shadow under the trees all through the day.
The villa has got central heating in all rooms and a great open fireplace in the living room, so that you can enjoy this beautiful surrounding the whole year.

Inside
There is a spacious living-dining room of 45m² with a table and chairs, a couch and lazy chairs around the coffee table and next to the open fireplace. TV with satellite-receiver and a stereo-installation.
You can use the internet connection (costs € 10.00 per week). Please inform us before arrival whether you wish to use this.
The separate kitchen is in style with the cottage, has got a French charisma and is completely equipped with a senseo coffee machine, gas cooker, integrated extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment and dishwasher.
There are four bedrooms, one two persons bedroom downstairs with a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate toilet. The bedrooms on the first floor have all built in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms have two bunk beds, the other two bedrooms have got two persons bed, on this floor there is a bathroom with a bath and a double washbasin and a separate toilet.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and an iron etc. Also present are a child seat, a baby bed  and a playpen.

Outside
There are enough deckchairs with cushions and  a table with chairs to eat outside for at least eight persons. There is a barbecue and pretty lightning in the beautiful garden. In the garden house near the swimming pool a toilet is present.
Beside the swimming pool and the covered terrace in the beautiful garden there is a jeu de boule court and a jacuzzi present.
