Aude Vie is an eight person’s villa with private pool, on the outskirts of the quiet village of Castelnau d'Aude. Villa Aude Vie has three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets. The villa is situated on a flat and fully fenced plot of 2000m² that offers you privacy and peace. The villa is only three kilometres away of the Canal du Midi.
The villa has many advantages; you can make beautiful walks among the vineyards in the beautiful nature of the Languedoc Roussillon. The area lends itself extremely well for bicycling, when you love flat paths, you can endlessly cycle along the Canal du Midi. Sports enthusiasts can have fun in the Montagne Noir and the nearby Pyrenees. The villa is situated on a mountain bike route, ideal for exploring the region. Wind surfing, kayaking, tennis, golf, horse riding, etc. can be practiced in the area. Cities with a rich cultural history: Narbonne, Carcassonne, Beziers, Perpignan, they are easy to find. Even Barcelona is a possibility to visit.
During the winter months the villa is centrally heated. From the lounge you have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and a stone barbecue. It is wonderful to have breakfast together here and enjoy the Mediterranean holiday feeling.
Interior:
The living room is furnished with a comfortable modern lounge area, sofa, coffee table, TV unit, DVD home cinema system, flatscreen TV with satellite receiver. All Dutch, Belgian, German and French channels are available.
The dining area features a square table 1.40x1.40m for a cosy diner. The spacious kitchen is equipped with: five - burner gas cookers. large hood, dishwasher, built-in oven (90cm), grill/microwave combination and a spacious fridge/freezer.
Villa 'Aude Vie' has three spacious non adjacent bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets and several parking spaces.
Bedroom 1 (29m²) has a double bed 180x200cm dressing cupboard with sliding doors. Additionally, there is a spacious bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 2 (13m²) is equipped with two bunk beds, large closet and dressing room and has a separate bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 3 (20m²) has a double bed (160x200cm), dressing closet. The bathroom room has a sink and shower.
The bedclothes: eight ergonomic pillows, two duvets 240x200cm, four duvets 140x200cm.
In the hall there is a separate toilet.
A washing machine is also available.
Exterior:
Besides the covered terrace is a large sun terrace. There is also the pool of 10x4.5m with walk in stairs and dome. You can enjoy sunbathing throughout the day, on an additional sun terrace of 110m², furnished with comfort beds and adjustable chairs with foot stools.
The garden was built with cypress trees and Mediterranean plants. Between the oleanders is also a nice jeu de boules court.
Capacity: six to eight people. Pets are not allowed.
