Le Papillon has a beautiful landscaped garden with Mediterranean trees and plants. At various places around the house are terraces, partly covered terraces. This magnificent villa is ideal for families with children, thanks to the slide, swings trampoline and petanque.
The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Interior:
The entrance has a hall with separate toilet and wardrobe. The living room (over 40m2) has two double doors opening to the covered terrace on the south. The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated with a French fireplace. There is a flat-screen satellite TV with DVD and music system available. There is an internet connection.

The spacious open kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, griddle, coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.
Many closets and complete equipment to enjoy cooking.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The right wing has two bedrooms with doors to the garden, and both have a double bed 160 x 200cm (2x80x 200cm) and a shower with washbasin. One of these bathrooms has a toilet and a luxurious walk-in shower.
The left wing has two bedrooms with doors to the garden, one with a double bed 160 x 200cm (2x80x200cm) and the other with a bunk bed. A spacious bathroom with toilet and shower / bath. Each bedroom has a spacious wardrobe. All beds have single duvets.

All rooms are hot air heated or cooled by air conditioning. In summer cool and pleasantly and warm in the winter.
This villa is equipped with an Internet connection, which is available to the guests.

Outdoor
There are sufficient seats and a spacious garden patio / dining table. The child friendly swimming pool (4,5m to 9,5m) and has built in Roman stairs. The water will be warmed until 25 degrees from about the first of May till the first of November of every year. Around the house are several sun and shade terraces. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with a barbecue.

The site is fully protected and has an electric gate with remote control.

Suitability: eight persons, pets are not allowed.

For this villa a fixed amount of € 15.00 per week for tourist tax will be charged.
