On the outskirts of Escales you will find Villa Sanne with private swimming pool and a panoramic view over the valley and the Montagne Noir in the distance. The identical Villa Femke stands on the same private grounds with sufficient privacy. It is possible for two families to rent both houses.

Inside:
Entrance with separate toilet. Comfortly furnished  lounge/dining room (L-shaped) with French doors opening on to the large covered patio and swimming pool. Includes a sofa, dresser, table and six chairs, also a colour TV with digital satellite reception, DVD and a radio/CD/stereo combination. Internet connection is available.
The kitchen is fitted with an induction cook top, microwave/ combi oven, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have double beds 160x200cm ( with double duvets), one bedroom has two single beds 90x200cm (with 2 single duvets). A luxury bathroom with shower cabinet, washbasin unit, toilet and washing machine. The villa has roll-down shutters.

Outside: 
The covered patio has a magnificent view on the Montagne Noire and has table with six chairs. The private swimming pool  (7.0x3.5x1.5 m) has sunloungers.
