On the outskirts of Escales you will find Villa Femke for six persons with private swimming pool and a panoramic view over the valley and the Montagne Noir in the distance. The identical Villa Sanne stands on the same private grounds with sufficient privacy. It is possible for two families to rent both the houses.

Inside:
Entrance with separate toilet. Furnished with comfort lounge/dining room (L-shaped) with French doors opening onto the large covered patio and swimming pool. The lounge includes a sofa, sideboard, table and six chairs, also a colour TV with digital satellite reception, DVD and a radio/CD/stereo combination. Internet connection is available. The kitchen is fitted with an induction cook top, microwave/ combi oven, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Three comfortable bedrooms, two of them have double beds 160x200cm (with double duvets), one bedroom has two single beds 90x200cm (with two single duvets). A luxury bathroom with shower cabinet, washbasin unit, toilet and washing machine. The villas have roll-down shutters.

Outside: 
The covered patio has a magnificent view on the Montagne Noire and has table with six chairs. The private swimming pool  (7.0x3.5x1.5 m) has sunloungers.
