This modern villa for six persons with three bedrooms and two bathrooms stands secluded on the outskirts of the village of Escales in private grounds of 1700m². The swimming pool (4 x 8 meter) is fitted with a jet-stream (a powerful current which can be swum against or used for a wonderful massage) and a Roman stairway. The house forms part of a small scale development project for five holiday homes, built on a plot of 1,3 hectare.
Along the garden runs a (private) footpath to the village, which can only be used by the residents of the holiday site.
In the, relatively immature, gardens as much as is possible of the original shrubs and plants have been saved and restocked with fresh blooms.
The house lies on the south side of the site, as does the covered patio. The house is fitted with air-conditioning and warm-air central heating whereby it is extremely comfortable in every season.

Inside:
The layout of the house is as follows: Entrance/hall with cloakroom alcove and separate toilet. Living room with open plan kitchen (42m²), tastefully furnished in Dutch colonial style with sofa, sideboard and subdued lighting. Stereo unit and colour TV with satellite reception. Dining area with table, six chairs and dresser. The hall leads to the bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm., wardrobe, French doors opening onto the patio and its own shower and washbasin unit. Bedroom 2 has two single beds 90x200cm, wardrobe and French doors opening onto the patio. In the third bedroom are two single beds 90x200cm and a wardrobe. Single duvets throughout. The shared bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin unit. All areas are centrally heated with air-conditioning and temperature controls in each room.

Kitchen fittings: The kitchen is completely fitted with ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sufficient requisites for six persons. In the adjacent utility room is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, plus cleaning materials.

Outside: Around the house and the swimming pool are spacious paved terraces with garden furniture, sunloungers and barbecue. Behind the house is the private Jacuzzi.
