This brand new villa with private pool was built in 2009 and is suited for six persons. The villa stands on its own spacious and fenced ground of 2700m². There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. 
The generous entrance leads into the large living room of 46m² and a spacious kitchen of 18m².

Experience the ultimate holiday feeling in this beautiful luxurious southern French villa. The villa has a stunning view over the vineyards and hills of Pouzols-Minervois. In the region you can find beaches, mountains, culture and also several golf courses.

The location at the end of a dead- end private street makes it an oasis of peace, where children can play safely. The covered terrace of 60m² overlooking the pool provides a pleasant stay. On this side of the house you also find a jeu de boules court and playthings. At the rear of the house you can enjoy the view of the hills.

The living room with doors opening onto the covered terrace is tastefully furnished with two sofas (3 and 2.5-seater) and two large design armchairs. Furthermore the room features a flat screen TV, DVD/Blue Ray and music system and satellite receiver with Dutch, French, German and English channels.
Both the living room and kitchen are air conditioned and centrally heated.
L'Olivier is an eight-person villa, which can be rented for six people; one bedroom is closed and is used for private storage.

Interior:
From the spacious hall, which gives access to the separate toilet, you can reach the living room. Adjacent you will find the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped. There are a ceramic hob, dishwasher, American refrigerator, combination-oven/magnetron, Senseo machine, sufficient crockery and pans, and a large dining table with six chairs.
Villa L'Olivier has three French style bedrooms and two bathrooms.
To the left the living room gives also access to the master bedroom in olive atmosphere with its wardrobe and modern bathroom with toilet.
From the kitchen you have access to the right wing of the villa with two bedrooms, a spacious modern bathroom with a bathtub, double sink, third toilet, and garage. The utility room has a washer and tumble dryer.
All bedrooms have doors opening onto the covered terrace.
The villa has an internet connection to offer you the possibility to connect a laptop.

Outside:
The brand new villa has a child friendly young garden, in which several Mediterranean plants and trees are planted, which are equipped with automatic water irrigation.
Around the private pool (8.5 x 4 meter) you will find a number of sun beds. The pool has walk in stairs and underwater lighting, there's enough space to play and sunbathe.
The huge covered terrace with sufficient garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
All rooms have electric heating, double glazing and excellent insulation, the living room and kitchen are air conditioned, so this villa provides in summer and winter an excellent stay.

Capacity:  six persons. The villa is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
