The villa is situated on a 1,500 sq m. terrain, surrounded by oleanders for your complete privacy. There’s a petanque court in the front garden; the private swimming pool (9x4 m) is at the back. The pool is fitted with a “jet stream”.
From the garden you can start a variety of hikes and bike trips into the surrounding countryside. Lots of birds and other animals to be seen here. The Lac de Jouarres is abut 8 kms away; the mediterranean is 45 mins by car; Barcelona is about 2.5 hrs.

The open kitchen is fitted with a large stove, hot air oven, microwave oven, espresseo, filter coffee machine and Senseo, American refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher.
Two large airconditioned bedrooms with two 90x200cm boxspring type beds each. Each bedroom has a large cupboard. The master bedroom is fitted with a 2nd flatscreentelevision set. A vault for your valuables can also be found in this room.
The large bathroom has a bath; a separate shower; a large sink and a toilet. The guestroom has a shower/sink ensuite.
Both at the front and back are covered terraces. A barbecue, sunbeds and plenty of garden furniture are catered for as well. New features for this year are the spa and sauna (either conventional or IR). If you want to use the sauna, please make a note when reservating the house. At your arrival you will be given the key and instructions for the sauna.
The house is fitted with floor heating throughout.
There are children's games, toys and a tiny pool.
Covered parking is possible.
