Entrance hall with seperate toilet, living room with comfortable seating, colour T.V. with satellite reception, video recorder, radio & CD player. Dining area with table and chairs and bookcase. Modern built in kitchen complete with large American Fridge/Freezer. Utility room with washing machine, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
At the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other bedroom with a bunk bed. The luxury bathroom has a bath, showercabinet and a double washbasin.
At the second floor you will find a bathroom with shower cabinet and toilet.  2 bedrooms with double beds 180 x 200cm, one of them also has a balcony. There is sufficient cupboard and storage space in all bedrooms. Blankets are provided.
Utility Room: Contains washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, cleaning equipment etc.  

From season 2012 there is internet in the villa

Outside:
On the large patio there are garden chairs, tables and sunloungers, as well as a stone barbecue. Around the swimming pool there is a hedge for your security. You can enjoy the sun or enjoy the shadow under the trees all through the day.
