Near Olonzac in the wine-area of Minervois there is the little village called Pouzols. Round about 1,5 km from Pouzols in the middle of the wineyards there is Soleil d’Oc with villa La Vue Dégagée with aircondition and a private swimming pool. The villa has a lot of privacy and a panoramic view over a valley with wineyards because it is situated at the higher part of Soleil d’Oc. The villa consists of two spacious living rooms with a separate kitchen, 2 two-persons’ bedrooms, the third bedroom has a single-bed and a bunk beds. Bathroom, a separate toilet and several private terraces. Private parking space for 2 cars.
Inside:
Entrance with separate toilet. Attractively furnished spacious lounge and dining room with French doors opening on to the patio. The two living rooms have two sets of sofas, dresser, table and 6 chairs, also a colour TV with digital satellite reception, a radio/CD/stereo and DVD combination. For colder periods there is a wood fire.
The dining room doors open to the terraces.
The kitchen is completely fitted with a fridge ceramic hob, coffee-machine, Senseo, dishwasher and micro-wave.
In the Utility room there are a washing-machine, tumble-dryer and an iron, too.
In two bedrooms there are double-beds, in the third bedroom there is a bunk bed and a single-bed. The bathroom has a shower, a wash-basin and toilet.
Outside:
In the beautiful garden there is an outside kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, cups and glasses and enough garden chairs and tables on the covered terrace, together with a big sunblind.
Beside the house you will find the private swimmingpool (8m x 4m) with underwater lighting and built-in Roman stairway, there are deck-chairs with cushions. At the swimming pool there is a private covered terrace. There also is both a stone and an electric barbeque available.

| The deposit amounts € 400,00, costs for final cleaning € 110,00 (01-01-2010) aren’t included in the rental charge. The deposit will be returned within four weeks after departure subject to the costs for cleaning, electricity, phone, tourist taxes and breakage, if necessary (look after the booking conditions). |
