Near Olonzac in the wine-area of Minervois there is the little village called Pouzols. Round about 1,5 km from Pouzols in the middle of the wineyards there is Soleil d’oc with its detached villa with aircondition and a private swimming-pool. The villa has got a great view over a valley. The completly furnished villa consists of a spacious living-room with an open kitchen, two two-persons’ bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and two private terraces.
The favourable location guarantees an absolute private atmosphere.

Inside:
There is a dining-room in the spacious living-room (6 x 6m), TV with channels from the Netherlands, radio, CD-player and the fireplace for colder periods. The kitchen-doors open to the terraces. The kitchen is completely fitted with a fridge, electric range (four hot plates), grill-stove, coffee-machine, Senseo, dishwasher, micro-wave.
There are a washing-machine, tumble dryer and an iron too.
Three bedrooms and two bathrooms: In two bedrooms there are two one-persons beds. The third bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bathroom has a shower, a wash-basin and an electric hair-dryer.

Outside:
There are enough garden-chairs and tables on the terraces, together with a big parasol.
There is a big party-tent, too, for the necessary shadow.
Near the swimming-pool (8m x 4m) there are deck-chairs. At the swimming-pool there is an illuminated terrace.
