A beautiful villa with swimming pool and JACUZZI, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Aigne with broad views over the vineyards and the Montagne Noir. A magnificent villa, sleeps eight, tastefully furnished and fitted with air-conditioning and warm air central heating. The adjacent studio can sleep up to four more and is fitted with bathroom and kitchen. From the house a small path leads down to the (synthetic grass) tennis court lying between olive trees.

The Jacuzzi can be found in the garden. Should the water in the pool be too cold for you, you can luxuriate in the Jacuzzi’s warm, bubbling water. You of course have the advantage of being able to use it all year round, thus also at Christmas or Easter. Imagine a delightful evening, staring at the stars from the Jacuzzi (glass of wine in your hand).

Inside: The house is extremely well insulated; all areas are centrally heated and air-conditioned. Entrance/hall with separate toilet. Spacious Living/Dining room adequately furnished with sofas, chairs, bookcase, colour T.V. with satellite reception, CD/stereo unit. There is also internet available. Dining area with table and chairs for 10. Large patio doors with delightful views of the swimming pool and beyond. The modern open plan kitchen is fitted with a ceramic hob,Senseo, extractor hood, microwave/grill combo oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There are four bedrooms, one with doors opening onto the covered patio by the pool. two bedrooms have “en suite” bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a third bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Beds: two doubles 160x200cm and 4 singles 90x200cm. Sufficient single duvets. In the utility room is a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Studio: (maximum 4 persons). The studio has one bedroom with a double bed 160x200cm. Bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Living room with open kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave/grill combi oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The bed settee in the living room sleeps two. The studio is rented in combination with the main villa if there are more than 8 people. In the summer months the rental is included in the tariff.

Outside: The 13000m² grounds are surrounded by olive trees and oleanders. The swimming pool, located between the house and the studio, measures 5 x 10 meters and has a roman stairway, underwater lighting and jet-stream. The pool is also heated by solar panels. Around the pool are large terraces and against the house is a covered patio with sufficient garden tables and chairs. Located by the pool are a number of sunloungers with cushions and a sizeable table with chairs to seat a minimum of 12.

Suitability: eight + four persons, pets are allowed in consultation with Kuypers verhuur.
If you also wish to book the studio, please state this in the remarks section of the booking form. By reservations with more than eight persons it is assumed that the studio should be included. 
In the period from July 3 to August 21, 2010 the studio is included in the rent. Outside this period, the studio costs €350 per week. If you rent the villa with studio, the deposit will be € 600.00.
