Calistelle is a completely rebuild winehouse in Beaufort with private swimmingpool (5 x 10 m.) and a big jacuzzi, suitable for 8 persons. There is a magnificent view towards Oupia and the Pyrenees.
Both the Jacuzzi (Spa) and the outside kitchen can be found in the garden. Should the water in the pool be too cold for you, you can luxuriate in the Jacuzzi’s warm, bubbling water. The advantage of a Spa is of course to use it all year round, also at Christmas or Easter. Imagine a delightful evening, staring at the stars from the Jacuzzi (with a glass of wine in your hand)
Inside.
Entrance: beautiful decorated hall. There are 2 living rooms downstairs with colour TV with satellite reception, DVD player and a radio/CD-gadget. Dining area with table and chairs.
Modern 2 new built in kitchens complete with Senseo, Fridge/Freezer and a microwave/grill combi oven. A washing machine and a vacuum cleaner.
Four bedrooms of which 2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200cm (box spring), cupboard and 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 90x200cm. Single duvets are provided.
There are 2 bathrooms both with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside.
There is a private swimming pool (10m x 5m), which has an underwater-lightning. There is an outside kitchen and also a stone barbecue, around the swimming pool there are deck-chairs with cushions.
There is a playground with swing for children. For 4 cars there is a parking space.
Suitability: 2 families with childrens, max. 8persons, pets are allowed in consultation with us.
The owner is staying upstairs, during the day he is not pressent.
Location: In de picturesque wine region of Minervois, with broad views over the valley to the Pyrenees on the horizon.

The deposit will be returned within four weeks after departure subject to the costs for cleaning, electricity, phone, tourist taxes and breakage, if necessary (look after the booking conditions). |
