Le Rocailleux is a villa with a private swimming pool (8 x 4 meter) with underwater lighting and a built-in stairway, on the edges of the picturesque village of Beaufort, with a view over the valley and the Pyrenees in the distance. It is situated on a plot of 2000m2. The garden protects you from the "Tramontane" and has lots of privacy. At two sides of the villa you will find a partly covered patio, the terraces around the pool have sunloungers, custions and enough chairs for six persons.
Inside. Entrance hall. Separate toilet. Living room attractively furnished with two patio doors to the covered terrace, with comfortable seating, flatscreen T.V. with digital satellite reception and a radio & CD player. Dining area with table and chairs and bookcase.
The modern built in kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave/grill combi-oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Utility room with automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200cm. Bedroom 2 with double bed 160x200cm. Bedroom 3 with two single beds 90x200cm. There is sufficient cupboard and storage space in all the bedrooms. Single duvets are provided.
Two bathrooms, one with bath, separate douche, double washbassin unit and toilet, the other bathroom with douche and a wash basin.
The house is also suitable for winter rentals.
Outside: On the large patio there are garden chairs, tables and sunloungers, also a barbecue.
Location: In de picturesque wine region of Minervois, with broad views over the valley to the Pyrenees on the horizon.
Capacity: six persons. Pets are allowed after consultation.

The deposit will be returned within four weeks after departure subject to the costs for cleaning, electricity, phone, tourist taxes and breakage, if necessary (look after the booking conditions). |
