A luxurious villa outlying Beaufort on a terrain of 2500 m2. It has a panoramic view across the wineyards in the valley to the village Oupia. In pretty gardens, the house opens onto the sunny and covered terraces and azure blue pool. Of course there are sun loungers and garden chairs.

Entrance hall. Spacious sitting/diningroom with a flatscreen TV with satellite reception, radio, DVD and & CD player and also a wood-burning stove and bookcase.
Open kitchen (L-form) with all modern comfort like a microwave, dishwasser, Senseo, fridge/freezer.
Dining area with table and chairs.
Utility room with e.g. washingmachine, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The house is fully equipped for max. 6 persons.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200 and double duvet and two bedrooms with 4 single beds of 90x200 and single duvets. There are enough wardrobes in all bedrooms.
Bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. Second bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside:
The private pool with built-in Roman stairway and underwater lighting mesures 8 x 4 m. For the security it is surrounded by a hedge. There is a spacious covered terrace of 20m2 and between the villa and swimmingpool there is a terrace of 90m2 for great sunbathing. Behind the villa you will find a sheltered terrace with Roman sit and stone barbecue.
You can park your car under the carport.
Beaufort is a small medieval village and it has a castle with a chapel. There is a good restaurant. It offers a superb base to explore and savour this region.
Capacity: six persons. Pets are allowed after consultation.
